Clean rooms operate under strictly controlled environmental conditions — temperature, humidity, airborne particle count, and air pressure — to protect sensitive manufacturing or medical processes from contamination. The doors of a clean room are one of its most critical performance elements: they must seal the clean room envelope against uncontrolled air infiltration, maintain the required pressure differential between zones, resist contamination from surface irregularities, and withstand frequent cleaning and chemical disinfection without degradation.
Frame: IFES 100×50 mm galvanised steel (GI) frame — designed to be surface-flush with clean room wall panels, eliminating ledges and crevices that trap contamination. The frame profile is compatible with standard GMP-compliant clean room wall panel systems.
